Positives: Prototypical size for a strong-side defensive end, with long arms and good upper-body and leg strength
Holds the point well, even against bigger right tackles
Can chase down the line and hustles downfield
Uses his length at times to put pressure on the quarterback from the outside
Gets his hands inside the tackle's body and rips him to get off the block.
Negatives: Could give more consistent effort
Got his production against lesser competition, but he does not have the elite quickness needed to consistently beat NFL tackles off the snap
Needs to learn how to effectively use his size and length to get off blocks to make plays
Straight-line runner
Does not change directions quickly on misdirection plays, and may not be agile enough to handle quick backs in space.
