Volunteers' Baugh has knee surgery from championship game injury

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee's Vicki Baugh, who tore her anterior cruciate ligament in the NCAA championship game against Stanford, had knee surgery.

Tennessee's sports medicine director Jenny Moshak said she had surgery Tuesday and will begin rehabilitation immediately.

Baugh drove through the lane, and went down after hitting a layup with about seven minutes left. The Lady Vols went on to win their eighth national title.
