The Celtics' Kevin Garnett made the All-NBA first team, and Paul Pierce made the third squad. Ray Allen also got some votes.

The Cavaliers, on the other hand, got LeBron James on the first team, but none of their other players received even a single third-team vote.

So considering it's a star-driven league, should the Cavs even be showing up for these second-round games against the Celtics?

"I guess not," said Celtics coach Doc Rivers, laughing at the obviously facetious suggestion.

Cleveland coach Mike Brown said he was pretty sure his team would be on time for the games. But he added more earnestly that the star situation causes his team to play a little differently.

"That's part of the reason why they've had some success," he said of the Celts' big three. "You can't take anything away from their team defense and their team offense, but they do have individual players that, when the going gets thick, they've got guys that can go get you 20-plus (points). They've been doing it every night of their career.

"When the going gets thick, you can just put the ball in one guy's hands and spread the floor and say, 'Go get us something.' That's a nice luxury to have. That's not taking anything away from our team. We feel like we have some very good basketball players on our team, but we have to get a little bit from everybody as opposed to knowing that we have a chance to get 20 points every single night from three different guys."

CAVALIERS 88, CELTICS 77: The Celtics remained winless on the road in the playoffs, crumbling down the stretch in Cleveland.

The series is 2-2 after the Cavs outscored the Celts, 20-12, in the fourth quarter. Kevin Garnett had 13 points at halftime but just two points thereafter -- and none in the last period.

LeBron James made just five of his first 18 shots, but he hit a big 3-pointer and a powerful driving dunk to finish his night with 21 points.

"I thought our guys played relatively well until the fourth quarter," said coach Doc Rivers.

The Celtics made just 5 of 16 shots in the last period, scoring just two points in the final 2:55 as Cleveland pulled away.
