Time to restore orderRiley and Spoelstra both emphasized the Heat's "culture" during last week's coaching handoff, with Haslem agreeing about the need to restore a sense of order.

"I wouldn't say it was chaos," Haslem said.

"We had ups and downs just like any team. We've definitely got to start with our mental approach to next season more than anything."

Haslem said he expects an "old-school" approach from the outset.

"Honestly, I think that's the kind of training camp we need," he said.
