Fantasy Analysis
Calderon did most of his damage when T.J. Ford went down with a very serious neck injury, but found himself used as the primary point guard even when Ford was able to return. It will be interesting to see how the two co-exist in 2008-09 when both players are healthy, but it will be hard for the Raptors to bury him now that they know what he can do. He'll be a restricted free agent this offseason, but it is expected he'll be back with the Raptors. Fantasy owners should consider Calderon a solid No. 3 Fantasy guard heading into the season with the potential to increase his overall production (especially in scoring) under the right conditions.
