Clippers C Chris Kaman averaged career highs in points (15.7), rebounds (12.7), assists (1.9), blocks (2.8) and minutes played (37.2) during the 2007-08 regular season. He missed 26 games, though, due to an ankle injury -- also a career high. (Updated 05/07/2008).
Injury Report
Ankle - Expected to be ready for 2008-09 training camp (Updated - 4/17/08)
Fantasy Analysis
Much of Kaman's success was due to the fact Elton Brand missed all but eight games of the regular season with an Achilles' injury. But Kaman attributes his rise in production to correcting a misdiagnoses of Attention Deficit Disorder in the previous offseason. He was able to get the proper treatment for Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and believes this was mostly the reason for his success. We believe it was a combination of the two things. With Brand expected to return next season, there's a very big possibility that his numbers will decline in 2008-09, but he still has to be viewed as a solid No. 1 center going into the season. Just don't expect him to out-perform his draft value. (Updated 05/07/2008).
