I want to get a few people's opinion on Delgado and whether or not you think he used steroids. He's been considered a power hitter since his first full season in 1996 with Toronto when he had 488 AB's and belted 25 homers. Before the season started I think everyone would have pencield in Detriot as having the best offseason with their aquisions. With the Mets a close second or third picking up the best pitcher in baseball.

We have 11 games where we have given up 2 Runs or less and then over half our games we have given up 3 runs or less. If anything our fielding is struggling, not the pitching. there are only two teams that have given up more unearned runs than the Mets. The Ranger

Considering our bats have been less than our desired affects, one thing I have noticed is that we have been scoring runs against the better pitchers in the game right now. there are three guys behind homeplate that are doing what that old lady used to do in the 80's when the opposing pitcher is pitching...
they do that circular motion with their arms... its pretty funny...
sort of a behind homeplate fan tradition if you will lol

a golden opportunity to get on a role, but "NO", Willie Randolph puts together a line-up for today's 2nd game of the doubleheader that completely sucked.
