Rumor Mill
The Boston Herald reports that Julian Tavarez is not bothered by the trade talk. No advancements were made with the Rockies. The club remains interested in acquiring the 34-year-old to help their struggling rotation. "If you let me pick, I’ll say I want to start," Tavarez said. "But to me, I’m the kind of guy who will do anything for my team." (updated: 05/09/2008)
