Molina -- and the Yankees -- needed to see a hit to break the 0-fer considering Molina will be the primary catcher for New York until June with Jorge Posada out of the lineup. While Molina was covering for Posada earlier in April, he had been red hot with seven doubles through the first couple of weeks of the season. Now, he appears to have hit a wall.
