trade with the pacers

I want Rose over Tinsley any day.  If we get a top two pick, we will have him, and even if we do not, he has had trouble with the law in the past and does he have a bad contract?  We cannot trade an expiring contract like Cancerbury.  I'd rather be bad one year with him and get another high pick than trade him for someone who is not a cancer and has years remaining on his deal.
