Yes, he's still suspended. But I found this quote mildly interesting.

*on his HGH use*

"It's not what it seems," he said. "It's different, but I really can't comment. I have to just let people think (what they will) and move on, and people will see by the way I play when I come back it was nothing like that. I'm the same player I've always been. It has nothing to do with any of that."

This sounds like (and agrees with other articals/quotes I've read) that he has been told 100% not to say anything, and he's not having a lot of fun with taht. I still say this is our CF of the future, and the future starts in 2009.

Just saying.......IF Jordon Schafer were to hit 600 homeruns, steal 1200 bases and be a carreer 360 hitter, people will still say it was for the HGH that he used when he was young and developing. I HOPE that this doesnt put a cloud on him for the rest of his carreer. I just would like to know why he used it. There are ligit reasons. I hope he dont have to look up  and see that rain cloud called preformance enhancing above his head.

I feel very torn about Schafer. I came down hard on Bonds, Gagne, Tajada, and Cameron. I rejected those players, but I havent done that to Schafer. I know i'm biasis.

I found it interesting that according to ESPN he was the first player suspended form a lead gotten on the confidential tip line that MLB now offers.

He is also according to them the first player suspended who does not have any PHYSICAL evidence such as failed dug test, known association, canceled checks, sworn testimony, etc, etc.,, He was suspended much as sprinters are suspended because the world anti-doping association believes there is enough unproven evidence to suspend. This is part of the new drug deal put in place. Why they do this but no actual drug test to detect HGH (BLOOD TEST) is beyond my understanding.

Having said that I have no idea if he's guilty or innocent-- and I personally feel that he's been told to be quiet by both the union and owners. I think you can fight it if you want but you'll get no support from the union and possibly a longer suspension if you fight it.

Ya something about this doesnt feel right, I mean with Bonds and everyone else you at least have allegations of purgery or coppies of cleard checks or something.  Here you just have some faceless tip, I mean what if I called this MLB tip line and was like "David Wright uses HGH I sold it to him..." would they suspend David Wright... Seems a bit fishey to me...
