Its still in the 4th quarter, but I've had it with tonight. I'm goin' to bed, and honestly at this point I don't see the Celtics even lasting to a 6th game against the Pistons, and thats only assuming they can win one more at home to get past the Cavaliers (but I won't be putting any money on that either).
Game started well for the Celts, they were aggressive, but they weren't getting the benefit of any calls (check out the free throw disparity again). We started settling for jumpers, and aside from that one 5minute stretch when we went on our 13-0 run, the shots aren't falling. A very good effort tonight from Kevin Garnett and Eddie House, but nothing from Ray Allen and Paul Pierce was very limited as has been the case for most of this series.
Someone's gonna have to talk me off the ledge here... I've got little to no faith in our team heading into Game 7, nevermind anything beyond this 2nd round series. There is almost no way we win every single home game, and with the way we've played on the road all post-season... I see our hopes being dashed earlier than anticipated.
