These people really have to learn their role in life. I don't know what it is about Viking football that makes them think they have a case to even talk the tiniest bit of trash to this storied franchise. It must be their championships. Check that they have none. It must be their list of Hall of Famers. Check that too, it's paper thin. They must have some important trophy named after one of their former coaches. Check that, that is named after our guy. It must be their state of the art stadium. Check that, its probably the biggest joke of a stadium in the NFL. I can at least respect Bears fans because that squad has actually accompished something in this game, the Minnesota Vikings are the Buffalo Bills, except their choking was for more than a 4 year period. You try to make the Vikings/ Packers rivalry into something huge. It isn't. It's a nice division rivalry, but not 1/10 of the rivalry with the Bears. I know you wusses get sky high to play us every season, and it has netted you a grand total of 0 victories in the past two seasons. Do you guys seriously think you guys actually matter. The Vikings are nothing but a pimple on our backside. Peace!

hey we are the better team i mean what more can you ask for. I guess their getting carried away cause they have one great player in AP but 1 player can't win it all by himself. They love us so much they cant stand to be away from us. THE PACK IS BACK!!!!!!

Have you ever heard of overcompensating? They're probably just putting on this aggressive front to obscure the pitiful, lonely, and pathetic self that exists within those moments of failure that is a Vikings trademark. I am sure that they cry themselves to sleep but, to appear more "manly", post confident and bold statements about their teams. Yes they are jealous, but they are also like bullies: they are insecure and resort to delusional rants to gain attention. Like I said: overcompensating.
And, no, I am not implying any other definition of that word. It is just a fans prerogative. Any fan has the right to be as annoying and arrogant as he or she pleases, but it's the big ones who respond with logic and thoughtfulness. That doesn't mean trash talking is not allowed, but let's face it, the insecure ones are usually the loudest. They are the ones who have something to prove.

Good morning cheeseheads! I came over to see some of the tit for tat postings going here as seen on our board. Whatever, it's the off season, everyone's bored and if you can't handle a rival fan being stupid just ignore them for crying out loud. Quit whinning! I'm looking fwd to game one, good luck and may the best young QB of the two win, whoever that is.

I think it's fun. The more posts they have here, the more you know they hate the Packers for beating them silly. And the more posts they have, the more I get to shoot holes through their "watch out for Jarred Allen" fetish, lol.

I guess their getting carried away cause they have one great player in AP but 1 player can't win it all by himself. Both teams have ignorant fans, both teams try to bash each other, both fans loves to bash each other and both teams have reason to be optomistic for next year. Both sets of fans continue to bash each other because some fan of one team or the other makes a stupid statement like the one above! Trust me we have some moron Viking fans, as do the Packers, but please "one great player"! That's exactly the kind of statement that keeps these boards going! And I love it!

I didn't mean to go on their and stir nothing up. I honestly didn't. And when i said we have a much talented team i didn't mean 10x better. The way i said it came out wrong.
It's just the fact that you guys say we have no chance against you guys.
Yes you guys have a really good chance against us and to also beat us but don't go and say we have no chance (im not saying specifically you).
Yes you guys have a really good team. The signing of Jared Allen was big. But doesn't mean you guys are going to hammer us.

Relax J Migs, I'm just messing with you and figured you'd realize that. I'll be frank concerning your team and although the Vikes MAY have improved this off season you guys are the team to beat in our division. If Rodgers can move your offense, score points and not commit turnovers in the process then the Pack will yet be a solid force in our weak NFC. Everyone is expecting him to choke, maybe he'll pull a Rothlisberger and hit the deck running, we'll see.
Don't sweat our anal fans, you have some too, every team does for that matter.

NAVYVIKE you seem like a cool guy.
Sorry about that. I didn't mean to go off like that. I thought you were just trying to start a fight.
I do believe the Vikings have a real good chance of winning the North. If Aaron Rodgers can be solid tht there will be some competition.
Just like the Packers both teams need our QB's to do good. Both pretty much unproven QB's could go either way bust or be great.
I cannot wait for this season start.
