I am not a fan of eiher team so this is a completely unbiased observation, but could the refs do any more to stick it to New Orleans last night.  San Antonio when playing at home gets so many calls its insane.  Tim Duncan should have fouled out last night, but when he gets four or five fouls, they suddenly stop calling them on him.  It seemed pretty obvious to me that during that late run by the Spurs, the zebras had a lot to do with it, although I'm sure I'm going to get ripped apart on here for saying that.

I hate to call the "fact police" on you Mr. "unbiased" but Duncan had only 1 personal foul.

It's easier to rant and rave about an incident when the facts are involved??

Duncan did not have 4 or 5 fouls.  Parker and Ginobli stepped up, and actually played like they wanted to win for a change in this series.  Chris Paul deserves an oscar himself!

I'm a Spurs fan, but the Hornets are really putting it to us.  Hopefully we can tie the series.

uh yeah you will get ripped apart, Last time i checked you have to outscore your opponent to win, and that is what SA did, they played like the champs they are.  some other guy is trying to comfort the Hornets fans, by saying "dont worry Hornets fans, they will win game 4"  Really?  I think the Hornets are kinda getting full of themselves and taking SA too lightly.  Dont make that mistake, you will regret it.  Doesnt matter who wins this series, My Lakers will paste either team.  Enjoy

You are correct dodgerbrad99. Your Lakers will paste either team if Kobe continues to shoot 20 to 25 free throws per night. That is almost impossible for anyone to overcome. The Hornets are not taking the Spurs lightly. The game last night was a typical spurs home game( close until the refs took over in the late third quarter). You will see what i am talking about IF these spurs beat the hornets, your lakers will be the ones in foul trouble and getting called for every flop that thomas and ginobili makes.

Every team from Texas gets homer calls, most notably the Cowboys but also the Spurs and to a little lesser extent the Mavs... you gotta remember, they're "America's Teams" or at least that's what the media calls them, bunch of crap if you ask me

Interesting.  I'm a Spurs fan and I thought they weren't getting calls until the late in the 3rd.  I thought NO was getting away with a lot.

Calls should be fair, but if the contact is ever between a League and Finals MVP and Tyson Chandler, and it isn't easy to determine who did what...that foul should be on Chandler.

NO is playing great.  David West is an animal.  CP3 is awesome.  The Hornets may beat SA.  But I don't think so.

That's interesting! I didn't know that awards won in previous years entitled you to play anyway you like without being penalized. I guess that is what happened last year when one of san antonio's bench players (horry) knocked nash on the scoring table and ultimately led to phoenix losing their best player for the most important game of the series. good thing horry has all those rings because anyone else would have probably been fined or suspended!

According to every fan out there the Spurs only win cause of the Refs.  I find it hard to understand why there are so many Spurs haters out there.  Did no one see that the Hornets showed their immaturity and turned the ball over on consecutive possessions in the 4th quarter and that David West missed 3 of 4 fouls shots.  You can blame whatever you want on whoever you want, but the bottom line is you cant win a close game if you make dumb mistakes.

I actually think that the Hornets actually got more calls than I expected they would in game 3.  The
