I own animals been around horses most of my life, and maybe I am alone especially on this post but, who really cares it is an animal. These animals are purchased or bred and are worth a couple 100 grand a pop. If they choose to use their money to raise a horse to run then damn it run it. It is not like they don't spend every single day grooming, bathing, and pampering the hell out of an ANIMAL if it breaks its leg, it is one of the few animals all be it a tragedy that usually has to be put down. What bothers me is that people whine about all the stuff that happens to animals and yet the murder rate in this country is outrageous WHY DONT YOU PEOPLE SPEND A LITTLE MORE OF YOUR ENERGY PROTECTING THIS COUNTRY THEN CRYING ABOUT A HORSE!!!!!
