all I have to say is how do you know? The emotion is getting to everyone in both cities! You may think it is a joke and that he is a lying carpet-bag, but it can't be proven in court.
I have no doubt KeyArena is great, I'd love to go up there and see it myself, but both of them agreed it would not work in the letter you cited. And being a fan, not many of them know the inner workings of the NBA or even the legislature. David Stern may have been in love with Key back then, but why does he have to now when many other "state-of-the-art places" are going up around the league? There is rarely a business out there that does what is best for the city. They do what is best for the league and only time will tell if it is the right move. But jumping to conclusions without evidence is not going to make the basketball fairy win any cases for OKC or Seattle.
