I agree beavs, I'm cautiously optimisic.  I would love nothing more than to see the Beavers turn things around and at least hit .500 next year and maybe and NIT bid the year after.  I'm happy to see new blood, I think it was due last year, but I'm not jumping up and down abou this guy.  But then I didn't jump up  and down (until the end of the season) when they hired Mike Riley the first time around either.  I'm more than willing to give this guy a shot, but I hope Big Bob isn't afraid to pull the trigger in two years if things aren't working.
