really SC to win the Pac-10 next year? I think the Cougs chances are great at making it to the NCAA next year, with very little coming back to the pac-10 a 5 tops bid league, disagree I see the order going

ASU

UCLA

Arizona

WSU

Washington

USC

Oregon

Cal

OSU

Stanford

Thomas Ambercrombie has left the team to turn pro in New Zealand. This would've beem the year for us to see what he's got, too bad. That means we'll have five scholarships open for next year. Eleven recruits in two years would certainly give us a bright future in three years, but I'm hoping there's a player out there interested in transferring to WSU.

I think the league will sort out like this:

UCLA

Arizona State

USC

Arizona

Washington State

Cal

Washington

Oregon

Stanford

Oregon State

Alot will obviously depend on whether or not  Jennings qualifies for Arizona, if Budinger stays in the draft, if Anderson stays in the draft.   If Budinger stays in the draft I stick with Arizona 4th, if he returns to Arizona and Jennings qualifies I would immediately jump them up to 2nd in the conference.  Rumor out their is Derozan asking for a release from USC which would drop them to 5th in my rankings....I don't think you will get much out of Oregon, Stanford, and Oregon State.  If Anderson stays in the draft they will be weak as well...right with the prior 3....the hardest one to predict is Washington...they certainly have talent which could make a run with the conference this year....right now I have them 7th but I could easily see them as high as 4th....

I think that the Cougs have some very good fresh talent on the team. My expectations are a little higher than all of yours and the same as this last years. I think that the cougars have THE BEST COACH in the NCAA in Tony Bennett and that he can bring a group of sophmores and freshman to thee sweet sixteen again if he wanted to. We still have Harmeling and Rochestie, that helps alot. My order goes like this

UCLA

WSU

Ariz.ST

Ariz.

USC

Stan.

Wash.

Oregon

Oregon ST.

Now that the recruiting classes are set, and the NBA draft has concluded, I am revising my prediction as follows:

1. ASU
2. UCLA
3. WSU
4. USC
5. Arizona
6. Washington
7. Oregon
8. California
9. Stanford
10. Oregon State
