Agreed... Although it's not an easy decision due to Curry's size, it hurts college players draft selection to wait a year.  Lets face it, Davidson isn't considered a power house in the the NCAA, it would be different if he played for a team say.... Kansas?

Not true.  If he played for Kansas he would probably get noticed less than now.  Kansas is full of players a bit below Curry's caliber - just a bit.  Curry had to carry Davidson because he didn't have many surrounding teammates that he could rely on. That's why the spotlight was on Curry. His draft position might be hurt (with other up and coming stars), as you say, but his shooting talents will not.  His size, strength and skills can only ameliorate from staying an extra year.  If he entered the NBA, he would only get to practice with the team he was on - and rarely play.  Look at JJ Redick.  He was, outright, one of the greatest shooters in NCAA history - with the exception of Pistol Pete and a few other greats - and he has yet to average over 15 minutes in the NBA.
