I've been telling y'all since before this season started that this Davidson team is for real, and I'm glad rest of the basketball world now knows it too.  And as i wrote last weekend, the word is team.  Curry is the crown jewel, but the rest of the guys are real good too; which is why M. Beasley and K-State went home early and Davidson is still playing.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Coach Ryan of Wisconsin for not turning the last three minutes into a foul fest.  Too many other coaches would have done that, but he played it out as "hey, we're beat, let 's have the clock run out and go home."  It made it much more fun to watch the end of the game.

I agree with that. It was better just accepting the loss rather than dragging it out. Great job Davidson and I hope they can continue their run. Wisconsin had a great season but its gonna be all about the Badgers in 2010 with Diamond Taylor baby!

Actually, I see it more this way... the refs wanted Davidson to win and they were letting him do whatever he wanted. He's a great set shooter... but otherwise, not great. He'll get outplayed in the NBA. He's too slow for one thing and he's too small. He'll never last. He's no AI. He's not crazy enough. He's a great college shooter that's it. If it wasn't for all of those fouls on those screens the Badgers wouldn't have been so gun shy. They looked like a dog that had been kicked in the head over and over again. We all know that's not right... why should it be any different here?

And why can't people split up there paragraphs more on these MBs. Lazy BTards.

Oh wait, I guess I did the same thing above. Must be because I read too much sports-talk crap.

C'mon. There's no way you can blame your Badgers' loss on the referees. Give Davidson a little more credit than that, hackabadger. They just played a tremendous game, the way they have played this whole tournament, and again took down a team that was more lauded and appreciated, but equally talented.

I definitely agree with Jim in NC -- although Davidson has their go-to-guy in Stephen Curry, they are by no means a one-man team. A one-man team doesn't beat 3 premier college basketball teams. Curry has an excellent supporting cast, and they can get things done without him even scoring. In the first halves of the Gonzaga and Georgetown games, he had just 10 and 5 points, but Davidson was still right in those games. Curry just takes things to the next level, and he can sure light 'em up! I'm riding the bandwagon -- I'd love to see these Wildcats make the Final Four.
