Good question, I've been wondering that myself. I think the absence of Elder is only going to help. That program needs a breath of fresh air and he has not been happy the last couple of years. Not only that, but I personally think the coaching in the Big 12 has caught up with the motion offense. Tech unfortunately doesn't usally have the athletes to run that type of offense to its full potential. I'm hoping Pat will restructure everything and install his own system but we will probably see similar records (around .500) for the next few years.
