Keep digging, you will find dirt on any team. I could probably find some article about Vince Lombardi stealing playbooks, Jim Brown taking extra aspirins before games and Johnny Unitas stealing signs. Good post earlier about the speed limit example. If its illegal when you do it, and you know its illegal, its a whole lot different than the example here. If its illegal, you know its illegal, and were specifically warned not to do it just a week ago--then decide to do it anyway, its cheating, its arrogant, its stupid and deserves an asterisk.
For consistency's sake with regards to the ex post facto laws that you seem so fascinated with..............
Please tell the rest of the posters exactly how many championships the Patriots won AFTER being "specifially warned not to do it".... I challenge you to refute that.
