The Dodgers through 7 1/2 innings have 3 hits.  The games recently are not even close.  Put plain and simply the Dodgers cannot hit the ball.  I do not have the answer but with all the high priced bellhops that we have on the team from the top all the way down better figure someout and do it quick.

Joe Torre better do something.  Ned C. better do something.  If I owned the team heads would be rolling by now.  Our payroll is huge and we cannot even muster up more than 4 or 5 hits a game.  Wake up boys because our team is horrible.  Bring up all the 51's.  Could not do any worse thats for sure.

If I had season tickets I would be furious with the team we field.  The Dodgers have sunk to a sad, sad, state of affairs in LA.

Sad to be a Dodger fan right now!!!!!!!

It is a sad state of affairs when we are able to put in a DH and the best we can find is someone hitting around .115 and you put him in the 8 th spot.  What a waste!!!!

well it makes perfect sense that our DH would be a guy hitting .115 on the season.....

NOT!!!

Torre should have put this line up out there today

Pierre CF
Young LF
Ethier RF
Kent DH
Martin C
Loney 1B
LaRoche 2B
DeWitt 3B
Berroa SS

This is what is should be until tomorrow, then it should be

Pierre LF
Ethier RF
Kent DH
Loney 1B
Martin C
Kemp CF
LaRoche 2B
DeWitt 3B
Berroa SS

That lineup looks good.  Much better than the one we had tonight.  The problem with that is it makes sense and we cannot have that.

Sense and good thinking are two traits the Dodgers are lacking this year.  Way to go Joe.

Game #2 versus the Detroit Tigers.  We had a good day at the plate hitting the ball but our pitching was horrible.  What we need is a TEAM effort.  That means that both the hitting and the pitching part of the game are both working together to make a win.

Right now we are just going through the motions.  No hitting and we have a good pitching.  No pitching and and we have good hitting.  This formula sucks because when we have scenerio #1 we lose no doubt because we do not score. Please refer to the last two games in the Padres series and game #1 in the Detroit series.  In scenerio #2 we lose because our pitching gives up more than we score as in game please see game #2 in the Detroit series.

I have not heard anything from Joe or Ned saying they are concerned or we will do a shakeup.  Nothing!  I guess they are satisfied with there paycheck and have no care in the world to make the Dodgers a competitive team. Just collect a paycheck like so many of the players.  I guess we get what we pay for.

Come on Frank, this is your team.  Is this what you bought the team for?
