The Phillies are doing great. The starters aren't doing amazing but they are doing well enough to compete. The bullpen is doing pretty good. Should we still go after pitching or are we fine like this?

Just another question for you guys.

What should our outfield be? I am not sure but right now what the Phillies are doing doesnt make sense to me.

We have 5 guys that are playing right now.

Burrell, Victorino, Werth, Jenkins, and Bohn(up and coming).

If you think through a trade who do you think we should be going after? Who should we be giving up?

Of course we need more starting pitching, but who is going to be available that is much better than what we already have?  Not to mention there is not a whole lot that we can offer or afford to give up, so they will likely stay put.

I want them to get pitching in a trade but I don't see what they could give. They are overstacked at OF maybe they could shop one of them and add in a prospect or draft pick. They could give Taguchi, Jenkins, Werth, Burrell, Victorino, Bohn, and Golson.

I like that idea. Get Sabathia or Verlander. One of the guys that we know is good but has gotten off to a rough start and try to turn them around. Trade Werth and this prospect pitcher in Single A that everyones been talking about... I think he is Bastardo or something, maybe add a draft pick.
