Great day for the NHL

This is a disaster waiting to happen. He isn't exactly the prototypical Ruskie hockey player. Not so much his style.

• Russia signs an NHL big time thug born in Canada
• Russia wins 1st Worls Championship by coming back from 4-2 and scoring on a Kovalchuk OT goal

Russia is coming back, it looks like to me. Is that great for the NHL???? I think the emergence of the USA as a great hockey power is key to the NHL. Lots of bug USA international wins! 

USA is not a hockey power!!!  They have never been a hockey power, and they never will be.  USA hockey is getting better, because your players are being trained in Canada by Canadian's.  American's suck at hockey, and your football is lousy!  Throw the damn ball!!  Your beer sucks too!

• I  did not know you were allowed to put the word suck in the same sentence as the USA. I think you will never be allowed to run for President, and your spouse and assoicates might get painted as unworthy also. But, whatever, right?
• Don Rickles is a lot funnier.
• The USA is a big place. Hockey is very big in many northern towns and cities. The USA produces the second most number of NHL players and easily has the second most number of players and wins world championships sometimes.
