Hillary Clinton doesn't give a da-m.
Facts: The math is all screwed up, BUT IT NEVER WORKS FOR HER REALLY.
- Delegates determine the winner
- Count is about 1656 -1500 after Oregon (Diff 156 approximately)
- Only 86 delegates left (I will give her Puerto Rico and therefore +12 from 3 remaining contests - ahe will lose the two states)
- SO Hillary Clinto loses by 144 approximatel
- Florida gave her +38 even though Obama was doing well at that time and would have done well in a real contest, him against her. The Republicans gave half values (Hillary gets +19 in this method) but ZERO the wya the Democrats did this. Michigan at 128 delegates would be dealing with a 106-125 delegate deficit. Frankly, Hillary loses all scenarios by 100 delegates or perhaps the present 155. SHE LOSES THE ONLY DEMOCRATIC MEASURE THAT COUNTS. By going around implying she dares about Florida more, she is damaging the Dems and Obama in the federal election.
If hillary loses this, why does she want to count these tainted contests??? Because she wants every single delegate she can get, even if tainted badly and changing the rules, so she has every chance when she continues her delegate war at the convention where she aims to OVETURN the democratically elected delegtates. You can't claim you want votes because you are so democratic, with the foloow up goal to thenm oveturn those same results.
She is inherently dishonest and is willing to destroy the democratic party..she only cares about herself being

The new scorecard: Popular vote...she is down 550K...she can get to about minus 150K by including Florida and the +90K if she takes her votes versus the non-committal votes in Michigan where Obama was not on the ballot. It is screwed up math, really. But she is then down 150K. She wil win Puerto Rico by enough votes to overcome this deficit and the two states that will go Obama a few days later.
BUT, the causscus states have very low vote totals, and Obama won these states in huge fashion...because they do not include the whole electorate. Obama would be a million votes up if they voted in the smae way other states did. In any case, this is not the scorecard that counts!!!! Still, Hillary want all the votes to go her way, include excluded states but and discount the votes in her big losses due to caucus format.
A word about Puerto Rico where I lived almost two years: : Puerto Rico which will not vote in the Presidential election and is not a state... will vote in massive numbers unlike any state because that is the nature of the islands politics..lawyers dominate their island, rich families put each other in jail, 1/3 of murderers don't get arrested and the rich folk do not want to become a state (endangering the welfare of all the masses of poorer folk ) because they like paying lower taxes and avoiding federal audits easily ....... so the rich who would be the first ones to screw off to the states and US Virgin Islands 32 miles away if things went wrong, foster these silly nationalistic sentiments and deny the truth to the island..that the US who gives the island 4-11 billion annually (depends on counting method) would leave it a crippled place if the island ever fell out of favor with the US..statehood is their only real protection..and phony natinalism on this very american island is a false starter. Clinton's husband exonerated some terrorists years ago (terrorists once blew up a bus of military personel back in 60's or whatever) and thus will get a lot of votes on this island where the media and politicians always lie to their people about their true interests..the rich just want to avoid taxes and avoid accountability to their employees and managers.
Geraldin Ferraro: She seethes with hatred at the thought of Obama who has beaten Hillary. She is an ultra feminist and perhpas a racist. She lead the Clinton's racial card which divided the party in her succesful effort to get the old whites who were adults when blacks lived under Jim Crow and also the poorer folk without educations who have less contact with blacks and are naturally more likely to see their goals as alien slightly Now at this very late date, Geraldine has played the sexist Card and hillary CLINTO echoed this VIEW!!!!
When the party moved to shut down her negative racist tendancies in the campaign, she made nice to stop the party from closing ranks and began talking about McCain.
BUT, she continually ties Obama's hands from fighting her directly by threatening indirectly a lack of support..and now at this very late date her cronie Ferraro injects the SEXIST label on Obama and Clinton backed this up!!!!! She once again is going nuclear and costing Obama 100's of thousands of votes that will never be returned to his fold!!!!
If I were Obama , I would go behind closed doors and tell her: you will not get one concession on anything IF you do not nationally state in the clearest of all terms that you would never, on moral grounds,go to the convention floor to overturn the election results. If she cannot declare this, I would tell her I am going to go on the attack within the party with all the govenors and the establishment if they do not line up with me.... of course, I would do this cleverly ... and I would tell her that her and her husband were going to get exposed much more than a Rev Wright type thing if this got dirty ...they would become known as the stealing and undemocratic Clintons who divided the party for a generation. The Republican press and Fox would llove it and join the attack..the threat of Obama going nuclear is much more devestating to the Dems than Hillary....... Clinton's continual erosion of fall democratic votes must be stopped...If I were Obama, I'd tell her..you better make sure I get elected, cause if we are on the campaign trail and those women who hate the war and like you do not vote for me, I will know why..and I will expose you in mid-campaign........
I'd let her know NOW that in the next two weeks, if there are any more divisive vote losing tricks like sexist calls etc.....or implied threats of a convention war to overturn these results, I would go on the attack..Hillary wants to overturn election results AFTER tying my hands and implying she needed my votes in the fall....so I played ball..but now it is time to squash this person unwilling to accept the vote of the party.
Of Course, Hillary is reallyy leveraging her future by creating this white/female divide. In her world, it is win/win/win.
- More money to erase her deficits, leverage for Obama money he could use in the fall..
- Possible VP chance
- Continued chance at getting the presidency, as Obama must fight a two front battle..with McCain and the republicans in the front AND hillary at his baack!!!!
- A claim of ownership with women and Red Democrats
- Power to influence the fall election
What leverage has Obama?
- The earlier he exposes her, the more money she loses
- The party could close ranks against her and she loses her base
- By moving early, he could discredit her and gain some of her base back
- And he might begin the process of trying to gain new frontiers of voters...some republicans and SANE women and working class folks who do not really know him well....
