Where did all you Jazz fans go?????? All of you were posting here not to long ago saying Jazz were going to beat the Lakers.Ah, thats where you guys are, your fishing with Deron and Carlos!!! Well I hope all of you enjoy that fishing trip while here in L.A, we are cruising on. And if you want to come back and write for the next series, be our guest, your goodluck for us!

This is an absolutely ridiculous post..and it really puts a tarnish on what a great series this really was. Let me also point out that I am neither a Jazz or Laker fan. It is posts like this that give Laker fans a bad name. I have been keeping up with the message boards as best as possible during this series. There was a lot of trash talk between fans, but its a part of sports. Most people didn't really like the Lakers, but still thought they were going to win the series. I can only think of 4 or 5 people that actually said the Jazz were going to win. That being said, you should be embarrassed of yourself for this message, because it only makes you sound terribly immature and have lost all credibility in my opinion.

Mikev7297, let me teach you some lessons my friend. You are one of those guys who doesn't like the Los Angeles Lakers because they have the best player in the NBA. I am not sure how much you follow the NBA, apparently not much, because yes, Kobe Bryant did win MVP this year, yes the Lakers swept Denver, yes they just beat Utah in six. Immature post? Immature Laker fans? Say you are or not, you are more a Laker hater then not a Laker or Utah fan at all. Why don't you go take a look at all the REF posts stating that is why the Lakers won the series. That is really mature don't you think. The Lakers were to much for Utah, I might add they won tonight in Utah where only four other teams won this year. The Lakers are for real. Deal with it. Be mature. End of Story.

Just like Mike Tirico said at the end of the game last night "classless Utah fans". You can't win on the court so you behave like soar losers. Kobe will raise that championship trophy several more times and probably eliminate your Jazz a few more times in the process. The only raping will be of Boozer, Williams and AK-47 everytime they face the Lakers.

Are you serious? After a series like this, where each of the games were so close....and you are going to jump all over the Jazz like this. Don't forget, it wasn't too long ago that the Jazz were playing the Western Conference finals....while the Lakers were 'fishing'...after getting beat in the first round....wait that was last year. This is going to be a good rivalry for a good couple of years, and if you think that after watching such a close and hard fought series it shows that the Lakers are THAT MUCH better than the Jazz....I guess we'll have to wait and see. Because you are ridiculing a fan base that is very much used to the 'wait till next year' phrase. And if you don't think that D-will, Boozer, Okur, Brewer and this team won't be right back here next year....well you apparently didn't watch any of the games, and only read the final score after each game.
I'm one of the biggest Laker and Kobe haters around, but even I was somewhat swayed by Kobe's lack of selfishness in the series, he might just pull through with his first Championship that he did by himself.

you must not actually watch the Lakers in the regular season cause then you'd know that Kobe has been playing the same unselfish ball the entire season. you seem to be the stereotypical Kobe hater that hates on Kobe, but doesn't actually watch him play.

Nella thank you so much for my "lessons" You have thoroughly educated me beyond my wildest imaginations. First off, I never said anything about Kobe or that they swept Denver. I used to be a Lakers fan. I don't like them anymore because everyone and their mother who lives in Southern California loves to talk about them, wear their jerseys, and put up banners outside of their house. Ah, but wait, when the Lakers are struggling, like two years ago, where did all of the jerseys and banners go?? Now, before you throw a tantrum about this, I'll point out that not all Laker fans are like this. And of course, for the purpose of this post, you Nella, could NEVER be one of those fans. Because let me tell you some lessons, that if you were a TRUE fan, you wouldn't be so cocky and arrogant because your team won a playoff series!! It is one thing if the Jazz and Lakers had a huge rivalry like the LA/Sac of the C-Webb years, but lets be honest here, you don't. They won a series that almost everyone predicted would be over in 4 or 5, and you feel the need to run your mouth about it, against a team that isn't even close to being a rival. Well, if that makes you happy, then congratulations for your victory sir.
As for next round, I am really looking forward to watching it. My pick to win it all going into the playoffs was the Spurs, but I really like watching the Hornets too. Regardless, I think either team will play 7 with the Lakers, but with home court, the Lakers will probably (unfortunately) win

I am a Jazz fan. I am happy for the Lakers fans, and I wish them well. The Jazz simply didnt have enough down the stretch to over come the big lead that the referees gave the Lakers. The Lakers have a good shot to win the rest of the way if they can keep "initiating contact"... which according to the announcers... is one of Kobe's biggest strengths. The referees seem to agree that this is a desirable quality. To all the kids out there, don't practice basketball.....don't practice passing, shooting, defending..... practice jumping into people, and you'll be NBA material. The Jazz just didnt do that well enough.

Nella you must have a very short memory. Nough said there. As great as Kobe is, he owesMitch Kupchek a very big thank-you (and apology for his preseason "i want to be traded rant) for getting Gasol and Odom is great moves over the past couple of years.
This was a great series. This could turn out to be a good rivalry for the next couple of years. These are two teams that respect each other but despise each other at the same time. Both have great home courts and fan bases. The one thing the Jazz have on thier side is youth, they are only gaining more experience and will all be back for next year to make another run. Good luck Lakers in the next round, you are going to need it.

Yes Lakers did get help by getting Pau Gasol. They would obviously not be here without having a Center. However, all you laker haters are lucky Bynum's not playing right now, because if he was, Lakers would've cruised through the first two rounds, and eventually win a title. Until then, lets see what this laker team can do with Bynum and keep on hating the Lakers because this year there for real.

If I dislike the Lakers....then why would I watch him play? That doesn't make any sense. I've seen him play before, and until this year, he wasn't unselfish. In fact my friends and I used to have a drinking game where we would watch the Lakers play the Jazz and take a drink when Kobe got an assist.....we got bored cause noone was drinking.

Yup Kobe has been getting all kinds of assists this year and its really helping the rest of the team get better and better Kobe is the BOMB and he truly deserved the MVP award! I think this is the Lakers year!! GO LAKERS!!!!!!! KOBE=MVP!!!!!!!!!!
