What a great game. Back to Dallas Monday night. Even as a Stars fan I had my doubts.

What a great game for Marty! 38 assists and the primary (only) assist on the game winning goal and his first pro win at the Joe. And no contriversy. Proud of my boys!!

Well, let's hope Detroit can return the favor in Dallas on Monday night and wrap this dang thing up!

Today, Dallas looked like they wanted the win more. Detroit definitely could have showed some better coordinated play, but that takes nothing away from a great effort by Dallas. Would have been great to see Detroit win the Conference at home, but could be even sweeter to see them take it at Dallas.

Hey guys, well my team won the conference match 15-2, I went 3 for 3, an RBI and a stolen base. Not bad, but it would complete my day if the Wings won. I didn't watch the game as I predicted but from what I see and hear, im not too upset I missed it.

Well I don't have much to say since I didn't see it. Just one question. Did they play better or worse than last game? Because last game was pretty fricken pathetic.

The Wings have been here before!   The negativity sucks!

Spetz -- I think they were on edge, but not sure why. They just didn't play well as a team. Wylie's right -- Detroit had plenty of shots, but not many legit scoring chances. Dallas was cutting down the shooting lanes and jamming up the middle a lot. I recall hearing one of the NBC commentators saying Tippett was calling the game that way.

None of the guys you would expect to have an effect on the game -- Zetterberg, Datsyuk, etc. -- really came into play. Hudler's goal was a good one, but beyond that . . . Maybe Franzen's absence was in their heads.

Hey, I'm not down. It was a great game to watch. And the final score was 2-1, respectable in anybody's book. Detroit was just on the wrong end of the score.

 give this game to TURCO. also the wing didnt play bad the Stars are now keeping them to the boards and on them. Peterson and company have done their job...... please tell me your gonna give them credit..... once again the wing is awsome but dame this Stars team has heart LOTS AND LOTS OF HEART!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AIKMAN -- if you don't think I've given the Stars credit, you're not reading my posts. I didn't make any excuses for the Wings either. The Wings played well, just not as well as they have so far in this series and not well enough to win.

Game Six, I'm sure, will be another corker. Dallas will be up, and Detroit has to bring their A-game. Here's hoping they do.

3-2, not really that comfortable of a lead. Well we have two chances to end it. Lets hope we only need one. Thanks for the updates guys, ill be watching the next one.
