This is a freaking story! How pathetic! At this guys age they could write a story like this on a daily basis.

Report some real news why don't you?!

I hope Paterno gets better. Being an 81 year-old coach may not be an easy job, but he sure is pulling through and he has that great strength to stay mentally and physically fit.

Assitch, maybe you outta calm down. Anyone in the college football world who is injured or sick enough to go to a medical hospital should be reported.

Now I aint' no "JoePa can do no wrong" type, but that's just plain disrespectful, bigGatorBalls.  Actual gator balls are really tiny, so you might want to grow an adolescent human pair before you make the call to throw the old geezers with a real pair in the grinder.

I wish Joe Pa the best of luck ,I'm not really a big fan ,but he truly is a legend you would have to admit.Gator balls ? I did't think they had any balls.

I have more interest in this story and a legend than another lsu player being picked up by the police and transfering to to a d2 school-grow up.

It's a story because it involves a coaching legend, who is old as the hills, having to go to the hospital..... it's not front page news because he's fine, but it's still a story.

It's a newsworthy story since JoePa is a living legend. There are not to many of those left. We need to cherish and respect men like Coach Paterno. Here is some real news to report...Gatorballs is a disrespectful clown.

JoePa IS a living legend and there should be more stories about him, his success as a person and coach, the awesome positive influence he has had on so many players throughout his career etc.

The press (who I was slamming NOT JoePa)  shouldn't wait until he's admitted to the hospital before they write a story on him considering all of the other noteworthy stuff he's done in his life.

But, it's typical "if it bleeds it leads" rhetoric. Too bad you missed the point.
