	Hey laurensmama! Is that you and Lauren in the pic? Awesome! That is a great picture! I don't have it but I think I will.... this thing is not on my report. But there is apparently another file with my name and address - and phone number. I wonder if they let me get that accessed. I am positive that my name is unique in the entire United States. Why aren't they using a name like John Smith?

	Yes it is a Momma/ daughter photo. We were in San Fran a few weeks ago and LD caught us snuggling on the beach. We are glad we have life lock and got it for Lauren as well so her identity isn't stolen before it is fully established.

	Do they hire utter idiots at these credit card agencies? I swear I had to explain at least 10 times that I am NOT looking for anohter name on my account under my SSN BUT I am looking for another acount using my name. She didn't understand me and kept telling me I should look at my file - and I told her I already did that. My head is about to explode. Honestly, how hard is it to understand that I am looking for someone who is using my name and address??? I am talking to the second person and she is not getting it either... these people are STUPID STUPID STUPID Apparently they can only search by social security number. I am having trouble believeing that. So if I want to find out anything, I have to call the police, apparently. IDIOTS IDIOTS IDIOTS
