FYI...
"SEC football" isn't a sport. "Football" is a sport. "SEC Football" is a conference that plays a sport.
When you put it that way, you make it sound like that at some point in time the SEC was not the greatest conference in the nation.
Which is correct. 2002 for example which had three Big Ten teams in the Top 9, and four in the Top 16, including the BCS Champion. I know it's hard to cope with, but some years they aren't the top conference. 2006, 2007, and most likely in 2008 they are.

ha this has been an amuzing thread nonetheless... and I have to agree with BTODD on this because his thread still said the SEC will be the best conference next year... so why all the hositility sec fans... just cause his post doesnt say the big ten sucks the SEC rules you have to take offense... I think you should add occasional temper tantrums, or something to that nature... or that some times the poop gets so backed up it gets spewed out of their mouth (get it?)

To all the great SEC fans like Big Dawgs, KNUT, TheGreek, and others who are able to have pride in their teams without needing to trash good teams outside the SEC (mostly OSU and the Big Ten of course), and can appreciate good football even if it's outside of the blessed SEC, please disregard.
