Boston, a few of my buddies are Boston fans, they are way excited for their team for the first time i can remember (im 19 so we cant count the Bird days or the Russell days).  I really want to see Detroit handle them in a clean sweep.  Also lets face it, its always fun to watch Boston teams go down to your team because of how stuck up they are.

As far as Cleveland goes, I think Detroit would still win, remember last year it took a few crazy performances from the King to finish Detroit off and im not sure hes at the MJ level of just not letting his team lose.  It took Jordan what, 9 or 10 years in the league until he won his first title?  Sorry James, youll have to wait til next year to win.  That being said, if the Cleveland LeBrons do beat the Celtics and James kills the Pistons again, i am ready to say that LeBron has finally arrived as the player he was touted to become when he came out of HS.

Yeah I would have to say that the Pistons are hoping for the Celtics. LeBron James owned the Pistons last year. Plus like you said 06restoirtheroa Boston isnt doing shit on the road. If the Hawks can beat them at home, the Pistons should have no problem. Either way, neither of them are going to be able to handle Kobe Bryant and the Lakers in the finals.

I want the Cav's, regardless of the C's not winning a road game yet, they will against us b/c we'll have a let down, thats almost a sure thing!  We would be better off against the Cav's b/c all around they are the lesser team!

It really don't matter who we get....We are ready! The way the Pistons have been playing as of late, they are going to be extremely hard to beat by either team out of the east....and with the bench as deep as it is, this could be another banner season...Chauncey and Rip against Ray Allen and Rondo or D.West and Damon Jones, this is an advantage no matter who we get, all we have to do is keep showing up and the outcome will be the same.
Go Pistons!!!!!

The more at I watch as the play-offs unfold the more it is clear that the Pistons will probably win the east.  I still would love to see either the Lakers or Hornest come out of the west.  I really enjoy seeing different styles of play match up against each other rather than the same style (Lakers or Hornets vs. Pistons - offensive-minded vs defensive instead of that borefest matchup of Detroit-San Antonio)

Detroit probably would rather play Boston.  I am still not convinced of Kevin Garnett's clutch performance capabilites the closer he gets to the finals.  Same for Paul Pierce.  They have to prove themselves in these playoffs for me to change my mind (they would have to win it all).

if i were the Pistons, i would want the cavs.  the Celtics are a much more capable team of beating the pistons.  granted they haven't played thier best ball so far in this postseason, but the talent is still there.  after all, boston took 2 out of 3 from you guys this year (and the one win was on a shoot foul with less than a second left).

and rondo's speed is not good for billups sore hammy.

I want Boston--to leave no doubters you got to beat the best. I feel Boston is the best team of the two. Boston vs. Detroit would just be a Goliath matchup--who wouldn't want to see that?

The only reason I would want to play Cleveland is so Tayshaun can redeem himself guarding LeBron. Tayshaun and Chauncey were our playoff MVP's last postseason leading up to the Cleveland series but they both played awful against Cleveland. I wouldn't mind seeing a redemption opportunity for those two.

Rondo is pretty explosive to the basket and that would probably affect Chauncey's Hamstring, so we will probably see some Lindsey Hunter to frustrate the youngster and Chauncey backing him down in the paint to further add to his frustration...key is to keep the youngster busy and the bench is capable of doing that...If the Pistons can control penetration we will be hard to beat!  anyways
Go Pistons!!!!!!!
