I prefer going to the source of power itself that brings us this great game: the NCAA website.
http://web1.ncaa.org/stats/StatsSrv/rankings?doWhat=archive&sportCode=MFB
Since 2003
UA: 46, 2, 2, 23, 31
LSU: 1, 3, 3, 3, 3
AU: 5, 5, 19, 19, 6
Some of them are similar, but hey, I just made yall look better by speaking up. Too bad there arent any official NCAA coach rankings to show the real difference between the teams the past 5 seasons.

IN THIS CASE, NG, I stand corrected ... LOL
Even I'm overly impressed with that LSU Tiger D, and I was already pretty proud.

knew LSU fans were a bunch of low-lifes,
Leaving Jordan-Hare stadium in 2006, we came across an old man (LSU fan) about 70 YOA that had been beaten unconscious into a bloody pulp (blood everywhere) by a group of young Auburn fans inside the stadium...that's what I call low-lifes.

O yea, Im STILL waiting on that list of last year's 10 best players.
It happens anywhere there is football, booze, and smack talk, short cat. Get out of the house some, then you might realize that LSU returning 9 out of their 10 best guys is a delusional statement.

"Leaving Jordan-Hare stadium in 2006, we came across an old man (LSU fan) about 70 YOA that had been beaten unconscious into a bloody pulp (blood everywhere) by a group of young Auburn fans inside the stadium...that's what I call low-lifes"- Tall Tiger
This is just another tall tale. We have always been known as a respectful bunch to anyone and everyone that visits Jordan-Hare Stadium. If that happened I think this would've been on every single news station in the state of Alabama. Furthermore, I am great friends with several AU Stadium Ambassadors, being apart of Student Gov't, and I find it strange that none, when asked, recalled it ever happening. You should be a damned shamed of yourself for posting such garbage. Have a great day and WAR EAGLE!

that was one of the dumbest posts ive ever seen. If I recall, auburn scored on a Brandon Cox quarterback sneak, but thats beside the point. The past two trip to LSU, auburn has been screwed out of their mind. In 05, our kicker missed 5 kicks and the refs blew many calls that would have given auburn the win. In 2007, the refs completely blew the game for auburn along with some coaching. They reviewed a illegal proceedure (which is not legal to do) and overturned it win it was the correct call in the first place and LSU scored. Also on the last drive, the running back was stopped a yard short of the first down, but the refs spotted him with a first down and the brillian Les Miles through a hail mary as time expired to beat us. The fact is, both teams have been screwed in the past at the others field, but of course leave it to the rediculous LSU fans to try and call Auburn out on it.

If any one of you Auburn wimps has a million dollars to put up on it...I guarantee you I will pass a lie detector test and my best friend as well.

Great thread on the SEC West Boyd025.
Personally I like our chances this year, and I like them even more that a major distraction in RP is over with - I commend Miles in his actions.
Bama - much improved but out manned by vetern athletes
AU - struggling early on in the season with the new OC/DC they brought in but much improved by years end
Miss St - very well could surprise all since the players seem to have adapted to Croom
Ole Miss - Well they are just Ole Miss
Arkansas - Wish we played them the first game of the year, lord knows what Petrino will do there, but then again he may leave before the end of the season
LSU - Simply the best and will defend their title
