Looks like the Feds have enough evidence to move forward.  Bonds will have his day in court.  Let's hope that he gets what he has coming to him...

About time!  His record-breaking home run ball should be asterisked with word "steroids" on it and tarred with perjury.

Looks like he is going down but will he face any jail time and what about his home run record?

... and something like 98% of all cases brought before the U.S. District court ends in a guilty conviction.  Yeah, Bonds is screwed.

Why is this so important? He's done exactly what you wanted him to do, be a superstar! No one can prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that he did anything wrong. The real question is: Why is the Federal Government wasting so much time, effort and most of all MONEY to pursue this? The money could certainly be put to better use! If they knew he was doing something wrong, why did they wait so long to do anything about it? You are being distracted, the way magicians distract you when they perform tricks. In the grand scheme of things, how important is this? How much money has been wasted on this? Why has it been wasted? What's the REAL purpose of all of this? The public is buying into this, as usual. The government should be spending that money to help people who are losing their homes, jobs, have no health insurance, etc., not chasing after Bonds and Clements.

Who cares? What should concern you is the waste of time and money by the government to pursue this. This is a farce. The money could be put to better use elsewhere. There's something else behind this. Why are they doing this now? Why wait so long to investigate? What will you get out of it? Someone going to give you a check if he's indicted and goes to prison? Your life going to be easier? Your bills going to be paid? He got paid to be a superstar baseball player, that's what he did. Can they prove he did anything wrong or are they going to imply and infer? Do they have concrete evidence? I doubt it. If they do, so what? It's not going to make my life any easier. He's not being charged with murder or any other violent crime,so WTF? Get over it!

People in Hell you need to get a clue. Money is not the issue. If they do not pursue bonds they are not going to use the money to make my car payment or anyone else for that matter. The issue is that Bonds is an arrogant racist that thought he was above the law and now he got caught. He thought that he could lie to a grand jury and get away with it because he was a rich baseball player. And actually seeing him go to jail would help the morale of about 95% of the baseball watching community.

TO Hater 95% of the baseball watching community would have improved morale? Is this the same community that cheered every time an alleged steroid user hit a home run? or the same co
