because in the last 2 weeks, Farnsworth has looked decent. Not that I'm ever going to like him, and I still want to take a sledgehammer to his pitching arm, but I'll be the first to bite(and this is hurting me, REALLY hurting me) and say that I haven't had to turn off the TV the first second I saw him and he's looked decent(I won't dare say good). The numbers don't lie, 5.2 innings, 4 hits, 1 walk, 4 k's and an ERA of 0.

He has been uncharacteristically good, but he has been for the most part our garbage time pitcher. He's had 18 appearances, but only four holds. Luckily for him, it looks like Joba and Rivera will be the 8th and 9th inning guys for a while.

Let's face it, Kyle Farnsworth is Kyle Farnsworth. It will only take one pressure situation for the wheels to fall off.
