	Calzaghe easily won this fight. It wasn't even close. The disgrace is that 1 judge could honestly score it for Hopkins. True there were a couple of so called swing rounds in the first 5 rounds, but even if you gave Hopkins all 5 of those rounds it would still have to be 114-114 because Joe C. won the last 7 easily!

	I didn't think the fight was close at all. I thought Calzaghe won at least 8 rounds, I personally had him winning 9 rds to 3. For most of the fight all Hopkins did was throw one punch at a time, and he held an awful lot too. After Calzaghe shook out the nerves, it was a dominant performance in an ugly fight.

	I am watching the fight again, as we speak. It's round 7...I have the fight 57-56 Hopkins, Calzaghe just won the 6th...I'll be back in 6 rounds. The first time I saw it, I didn't score it but I thought Hopkins won by a couple points or at worst a draw...we'll see.

	You're nuts if you think Hopkins came anywhere close to winning that fight. He lost and lost ugly.

	It was a fight of different strategies and technique..Calzaghe landed more punches, but Hopkins wasn't really ever hurt..He fought defensively and never put much together. I thought it was close and Hopkins could have won the fight, if he had simply pressed and punched..he opted to counterpunch and simply didn't punch enough. I can't say I am overly impressed with Calzaghe.

	Let's see. One fighter landed nearly twice the punches of the other. He had a huge advantage in accuracy of his punches and landed more power punches. The same fighter was the aggressor, while the other fighter held all he could to prevent a boxing match from breaking out. One fighter finished strong, while the other was just hanging on. Who do you think won?

	If Joe was so dominant why did it look like he got beat with a bat after the fight and Bernard looked like he wasn't in a fight answer that.

	Thank you dc...Calzaghe didn't do anything to win that fight. I don't know why I am still even reading this thread but whatever... Anybody know how bouts are scored, bc I do...so shut up if you can't tell me the four criteria that rounds are scored by. If you are one of those that said "Oh, Bernard got it handed to him" or "Calzaghe kicked his ass" then how did one of the judges, a professional in scoring fights, score in favor of Hopkins...you are such geniuses. I scored that fight round by round objectively...Bernard controlled 3 of 4 categories on how boxing is scored. I wi
