It's really a total double edged sword...
Let's get the fact of the matter straight that "cheerleading" in general is pretty much pointless. How many times have the cheerleaders made a difference in a team winning a major sporting event?
Now on to the guys: From the stands and fans' perspective.... EXTREMELY LAME!
From the male cheerleaders' perspective... way cool. They get to actually TOUCH all the hot girls that we as fans use for only eye candy. They also get great "up-views" that we don't get. Moreover, they get to travel for free and watch the games from field/court level.
So all in all, I'll call it a toss up.
