Gator07, I'm an old school NASCAR fan from CALI, grew up at Riverside raceway 30 years ago,  I will forgive your comment about Cali fans since everything else you have written in this thread is spot on.

Although I hate the Busch ear-mo brothers, Nascar needs someone like Kyle.

Kyle may not drive exactly like SR but he has the early attitude of SR down to a "T".

USC FAN IN OKC... Never meant to offend you. I read your posts quite frequently, and like most of em. You know your stuff, and I can respect that.

I'm just one of those "rednecks", if you will, and I hate the fact that everytime someone has something bad to say they open there statement with "You dumb rednecks...", "You back woods hicks...", "You damn Southrons...", "Take that hillbilly...", or anything of the like. I meant for my post to come across a little sarcastic and to imply people should be a little more original and pick on another group of people. Also, the people who call people "rednecks" or "hillbilly" aren't typically from down here, so its easy to assume they are either Northerners or Westerners. The funny thing about this is that the guy my comment was directed to had posted something I agreed with, except he said something like "Better watch out, rednecks, Kyle Busch is going to take over". Was redneck needed there? Its frustrating that "rednecks" are now whats considered wrong with NASCAR when these same "rednecks" are what built this sport and made it what it is. Name any top driver from the 90s on back and they were from around here.

Again, sorry if I offended anyone. Sorry yall had to see what its like.

Right I didn't mean those in offense, it is just a general attitude from a location of people.  I am from New York, and I realize there is a ton of whining in my own state.

so blame the northeastern fans? where the hell did you pull that one out of? i love how the post was started talking about the problem with kyle bashin the wallaces for actions he later continued in the sprint cup race, and it turns into people bashing jr. fans, something completely unrelated. I hate busch, plain and simple, i would love to see someone put him into the wall repeatedly, i haven't liked him since he came into NASCAR's biggest stage, he doesn't know how to handle it....

OMG redneck are you so dense as to believe all the old school NASCAR faithfull are going to sit here and give you your own private Kyle Busch bash board???

I could care less who you like or dislike, if ya don't like what we post then quit posting BS we can slam to the ground and make you look the fool you are. You have posted this garbage every chance you get on any NASCAR message board on here, whether it deals witht his subject or that.  BUUUT when it comes to a thread you start then the thread is supposed to be all Busch bashers.

I am sooo sorry Jr. does not drive good enough to stay out of wrecks in most weeks. I guess when he took out Bobby LaBonte it was Bobby's fault too at 'Dega.  Come on lets just admit it, Jr causes more wrecks than Busch has over the years.

As for the Wallace boys, heck Rusty never could drive very well anyway, same goes for the rest of the family, please note NONE of them drive for any respected team.  Rusty kept a ride in the 2 car untill Miller Brewing  said enough is enough, get us a driver with some gonads, sooo in came Kurt Busch. Sure Rusty retired, he was forced to, the sponsor was gonna leave the team if he stayed on.

On another but same note, lets also look at Bud, they could have followed Dale Jr. to Hendrix, but  they were real quick to get off that bandwagon when given the chance.  They were leaving DEI even if Jr had stayed.  They wanted a driver with some gonads, and went with Kahne, small gonads but at least he has some.

Like my other posts have said, NASCAR racing is exactly the style of racing Busch uses. How much fun would it be to watch a race that runs 500 miles with no cars getting banged up in the process. The car getting banged up is what made NASCAR what it is today.  I remember watching Petty and Yarborough on the last lap of the Daytona 500, banging each other untill they both ended up out of the race,  this has been going on from the beginning of NASCAR, it is what made NASCAR what it is today. If you do not like it, quit watching, we don't need you lame butt anyway.  Real fans make it to a few races every year, I am willing to bet 90 % of you that clammour for "clean racing" have never been to 1 event.

wow take it easy jltexas, if you would get off your high horse for a second, this is only the second thread i have ever posted on. and i don't really care if you are "old school," never once did i say that i wanted clean racing because i like the beatin' and bangin' those guys do durin' a race. but i guess you know everything there is to know about the sport seein' how you like to tell everyone that doesn't agree with you they are wrong. how nice it must be to be right all the time. And i never asked for a personal bashing board, i was talking about kyle's comments on the wallaces, and how the subject changed, never once did i say anything about wanting a "bashin board"....as you stated in another thread, LEARN TO READ! but i don't really feel like arguin with you because you can't argue with an idiot, they just bring you down to their level and beat you with experience...

As for the Northeast fans, I'm from way up northern new york, and you'd be surprised how often people from around where i live are referred to as either hicks, rednecks, or hillbillys, unless of course you're from the area, then you are proud, as i am, of how you were raised. NASCAR has always been huge in my area, and it probably always will be, cause its a lot of good, hard workin, blue collar people, the kind NASCAR appealed to first.

i know its probably a new concept for you jltexas, but just because you're SELF-PROCLAIMED "old school," doesn't mean anyone in here gives a damn...just go ahead and post your argument, people will read it, but to go bashing everyone that goes against kyle busch really doesn't prove anything, it just shows you have no sensible argument of your own......if you need me to explain any of those big words let me know.....

READ WHAT YOU WROTE:

i love how the post was started talking about the problem with kyle bashin the wallaces for actions he later continued in the sprint cup race,

That sure implies that this thread was intended for the bashing of Busch, sure you did not say bashin Busch, but it is sure there.

Now this IDIOT  really goes to races, i average 8 a year, and have for the better part of 35 years, hoping I can make 8 this year, but gas prices might hinder that a tad.

Kyle Busch has proven himself all year long in 3 NASCAR series, that it itself is a very huge achievement.  Mark Martin finished in the top 10 in both the cup and Busch/nationwide series 5 years straight, that was a great achievement.  Nobody has ever finished top 10 in all three series before, it will be interesting to see if Busch can do it.

Now then how about this statement:

this is only the second thread i have ever posted on

Hummmmm, jsut your second thread and allready an all star?????????

Me thinks a LIAR LIAR is in order.

Must be hard to understand we can all go to your profile and find that you have indeed been on way more than "just 2 threads".

here a reminder of your Busch bashing in the past:

<table width="800" class="mcct_container"> <tbody> <tr class="mcct_header"> <td> February 17, 2008 9:55 am Score: 75 </td> </tr> <tr class="mcct_body" valign="top"> <td> I watched the race, he came down onto the front of Truex Jr., No wonder Bush got loose when he was behind him. If anyone watched the truck series race this friday, you could see how Bush drives like an idiot. Its a wonder how he doesn't get spun out in every race. It's hilarious that Bush would tell someone else to grow up, when he is just a little whiney baby.

</td> </tr> </tbody> </table>

See it does not matter to you that in half your posts you sit and contradict yourself, you say one thing one time and the next actually say something that contradicts what ya just said.  All you are is someone who has never been to a race and has no clue as to what racing is about. As long as your posting garbage there will be those of us that will call you on the carpet for your posts.

Otherside,  Busch is a moron.  Even the announcers were wondering how long it was going to take before he wrecked or at least attempted to wreck Clint.   If you can't win the right way then you should leave.  Both Busch's have caused wrecks that never should have happened.   At least Kurt has grown up.  Kyle needs someone to set him straight.  It's a shame Sr isn't around anymore.  That black #3 coming up behind him might have made him more than a little nervous.   Jr. if you ever want that championship you need to show that you're not afraid to mix it up.  Especially when it comes to punks like Busch.

There is being a hard driver and aggressive, but this guy just seems like a jerk. After flipping the bird to earnhardt's pit crew on his victory lap last week, if my mind wasn't made up then, it sure is now. I agree though that Nascar loves the commotion. I just wish Jr would shut him up by actually winning some races.
