If he does come back it'll be if he wants to, not having anything to do with the condition of Rodgers.
However, the Packers will only take him if Rodgers goes down, and with enough time for Favre to get into some kind of playing shape, you can't just come off the couch put on pads and a helmet at play at the Pro level.

Brett Favre will not come back because he realized that if he couldn't make it to the Super Bowl last year with the team he had, he never would and now that he has the records (including the most INT's), he doesn't need to come back...IMO he just came back to set the records and then ride offf into the HOF sunset while still intact with his health.
