sweet jeez what is going on with ou? a 12 point half? 45 point games twice in a row?

they are looking like they don't even belong in the ncaa tournament and the cowboys are trying to keep a crazy hot streak going for their bid that seemed 100% impossible 2 weeks ago. heck, making the NIT was questionable. unfortunately, sean sutton has probably somehow saved his job, while jeff capel isn't looking so hot. he's a good recruiter but i hope that he can translate that to more consistent performances and NCAA appearances, cuz he's a hard guy not to like.

so how do you feel about Capel?

	love him
	he needs to prove himself
	belongs on the hotseat
	fire him

	As a Longhorn, I love him. Honestly though, give the man some room to grow. How high were you're expectations coming into this season? 5th-7th in the Big12? So its not like yall are really underachieving.

	Hey let's give this guy a chance........we are exceeding expectations and the players like him. Hopefully Blake G. will stay a year or two and with some additional recruiting we can get this team back to the top of the conference. BOOMER SOONER !!

	agreed Norcal...Capel has a excellent pedigree, a drive to win, and he does things the right way. Every coach in the NCAA whines about calls, thats just basketball. He wouldnt be doing his job if he didnt, I mean seriously, think about Tubbs, he would whine about a call when we were up by 25. Castiglione hit another home run in Capel, just give the man time to bring this team together. We do need to recruit a big man thats dominant in the middle like Stacy King was.

	I think the guy is good. He came into a mess with Sampson's recruits bailing last year. He did ok this year, and has a strong class coming in next year. I think it will be fun next year.

	First off, Jeff Capel was an amazing hire, he is bringing in great talent to Norman, to the person who posted this thread, yeah they had a crappy game against Nebraska but the next game they only allowed A&M 10 points and worked them over, you are obvisously a horrible fan and rarely watch their games. Next season OU will be at least a top 15 team
