Athletes that get arrested

I wanted to start a thread listing all of the athletes that get arrested:
here are some criteria (i'm open to all ideas)

Multiple arrests don't count (one listing only)

Any athlete is fair game (we can group once the list is complete)

I would like to rank them once finished also

All arrests count ( let's limit it to the pro's though no college)

and so it begins.........

(I won't pick one specific charge but he's gotta be the king)

yeah getting away with double murder because of a jury too stupid to spell DNA puts OJ at the top.  my favorite scene after the OJ trial was all the blacks at various black only university gyms jumping up and down and clapping as the double murderer was freed by the stupid jury.  that was classic. 

2nd has to be ray carruth.  i guess dem north carolina folks is a tad smarter than the dummies in LA cuz ray ray didn't get away with that murder biz.
