Anthony  Kim set his club behind the ball, the moved.  In fact the grass in front of the ball moved.  This was on the 7th or 8th hole.  The camera had a perfect view of the whole thing.  The entire  TV viewing  audience saw it.  Why didn't someone mention this to an official?  Since it was on camera, there wouldn't have been any question as to if it had happened or not.  Other players have been given penalties, even some have pointed theirs out.

Sherm, you are right, but if Kim wins by one stroke, I'll bet the player in second place will care!!

Good signs folks......ssshhhh....I see some softening of relationships....friendship brewing between these two........no prize for guessing right.

Me too, after that awful warn.....I felt bad....and after a while, ILG isn't so bad......after all.....not truly an-ti-ger but very much fairer in posting than most others....being of the fairer sex too.

BG,

I agree....something special about Kim. Alone with Tiger with sub-70 average!! Also, if one follows Kims progress.....he has this very unique ability to improve with each round [speaking about 2007]...progressing round by round, reminiscent of Tiger......though not quite yet winning. I was really hoping he made it to the Accenture Matchplay....face on with Tiger.....and even dared to dream of a round one knock-out for Tiger, though I am for Tiger, no doubt......but just wondering.

I am sure that Tiger will be among the first to call Kim, if he wins at Wachovia......not only because he is the defending champ, but because....I am sure, he has been watching Kim closely, after what his good friend M.O'Meara's comments.

Meanwhile........something good is happening on these threads. It must because of Spring!!

Tim

Well you could call your nearest CBS broadcasting station, they could call the big guys and they could talk w/ the tournament officials. A guy did that about 10 years ago when he saw a rules violation on T.V, called the TV Station, they called the Tournament officials, and the player got disqualified after they looked over the tape and saw it was a penalty.

BG, my posts are the same.  You are now reading them ,(without the hate you had for me,) with a different view.

I do feel for your predicament,(unfounded).  But, i sort  of know how you feel, I HAD A WARN slapped on me, by someone I won't mention!

I don't think Kim has to worry about any penalty!!  He is so far ahead, it wouldn't matter anyway.  Go Kim!!

He needs to worry about it if it is proven.  It would mean that the score he recorded was incorrect.  Once he signs an incorrect scorecard he is DQ.

So it matters
