was a great pick for the Giants. I am a UK fan and was pissed to see him fall that far in the draft. I am glad he went to the Giants though. He has a big arm and is very accurate. I have seen this guy develop from a great HS QB to an NFL draft pick. His football IQ is amazing and you guys will see that. I expect him to struggle through pre-season though, learning a new system. His 3rd in 4 years. He will have to get used to the speed of the game but when he does the guy is terriffic. He dominated the SEC, arguably the best conference in NCAA Football and played against some outstanding defenses week in and week out while at Kentucky. He put up phenominal numbers even though his supporting cast on the offensive line was hardly SEC worthy. With a good line in front of him and good receivers like he had at UK (Burton, Lyons, Tamme and Stevie Johnson), I think the sky's the limit. His stock supposedly went south at the Senior Bowl, but that came from playing with guys he had never played with before and he was the only QB on his team in the Senior Bowl to throw a TD. The coaches criticised his delivery, saying it was too slow and there was a hitch in it, well, if that was the case why did his college coach Rich Brooks of Rams and Chiefs fame not work on his delivery for 4 years? Answer: they didn't see it as a problem. Bottom line is you guys will like this kid as a backup or he was drafted as trade bait. He could start for the Lions , Bears and Vikings right now.
