25 - 17 1rst Quarter. I'm happy to see steady play by the Celtics. Good defense, few runs by either team really.
And that's good if you can limit the Hawks runs, the Celts score very steadily and play great defense. They've been inching a slightly bigger and bigger lead throughout the 1rst it seems.
Obviously not even close to the end of the game. But I feel good steady fundemental play will be care here. Don't let the Hawks get transition buckets, limit their runs.
Paul Pierce is really our scorer, and he's creating both for himself, and for Garnett off the dribble. Rondo seems to be having a game more like Games 1 and 2 than 3 and 4.
Hopefully this continues throughout the game... going down 3-2 and back to ATL would be the worst thing ever. I'm confident in a Home Court Victory here, but anything is possible. I'll admit that.
