	The Eagles are stupid. Terrell Owens does not owe them money. In his contract he signed a signing bonus, by signing he got x amount every year for x amount of years. the Eagles then put Terrell Owens on the bench. Then they released him. So far Terrell Owens has done fine with the Dallas Cowboys, while the Eagles stunk. Eagles, this is what you got when you made his contract, go take Donavon McNabb and be medicore again.

	There was also an arbitration clause in his contract. He lost in arbitration. It's binding. Too bad for T.O. Eagles are going to get their money back.

	Sandbaggy: they don't need to win anything. All they'll need to do is submit a copy of TO's contract, containing the standard arbitration clause and an affidavit or some other document showing that they won in arbitration. The Eagles will win on summary judgment. No trial. All T.O. can do is try to challenge the validity of the contract, which I doubt would be successful.

	Thanks for the info on the Eagles/T.O. bonus. There are a few of you who really keep up on this litigation stuff. I didn't think T.O. would win because Vick had to give back some of his signing bonus. Keep up the good work.

Guess why he lost arbitration? because he is wrong and the eagles are right.......the fact that he has to repay the money tells you everything you need to know about whos right and who isnt, Mr. Wanna-be-Lawyer

	The fact is that TO violated his contract and the arbitrator agreed with the Eagles.
