First of all why take a WR wit our first pick when we have semi-needs at CB, TE, and OT?  Second of all why Nelson over guys like Sweed, Jackson, and Hardy?  Any thoughts?

Dude look at his videos on you tube then you will see why.

He has the same exact style as Donald Driver. Not even kidding. He can break ankles, catch, get the yards after the catch just lkike Driver.

I called this pick.

Dude, I understand he is good, that wasn't my question.

Why take a WR at this point is my question when we have other needs and we have 3 good WR's already?  I'm not questioning Nelson as a WR, just the timing of the pick is all.

I know what your saying i was ticked off when the Chiefs took Brandon Flowers.

When we picked Nelson there was really no other CB worth taking and we realy have no other desperate needs.

Jordy Nelson was not the guy I was thinking of drafting I was hoping for maybe Fred Davis the TE out of USC with the pick I just don't see why we picked a WR so early in our draft I guessed that we were going to pick a WR some time out of the draft probably later rounds

Can we let TT do what he does? I don't necessarily understand it but I trust him wholeheartedly.

It was an interesting pick, however the value just wasn't there for a CB. There are some good ones who will be available at the end of the 2nd where we have 2 picks, so that shouldn't be a concern. Also the TE position isn't that great, I think there are some good TEs available around the end of the 2nd and into the third.

The OT position was never going to happen with the run on them in the first, there are simply not too many left and all of them are questionable, you don't reach just because you have a need.

I really like Jordy Nelson, he is a good re
