Wait a minute Silversword551, I guess Capital fans would say refs are pretty much Flyers fans and Flyers fans would say refs are pretty much Canadians fans. I agree though, these refs are making me absolutely sick too.

Are you guys serious? Look, the second Rangers goal on the deflection, questionable; could have gone either way, but the refs said goal, so be it. Don't you want to at least wait and see how the series turns out before you start making excuses? I thought that it was one of the most entertaining playoff hockey games in a while, and fans of both teams should be proud of their team.
What calls were so questionable?

Did anyone else notice Crosby slash Backman across the hip before he stole the puck and passed it to Dupuis? I'll admit I'm a Ranger fan and of course I'm sure we get away with some calls as well. Plus, Crosby is a hell of a talent. However, he two handed a guy on the hip, behind the net, right in front of the ref. How does that not get called?
And the Straka penalty was a bit lame. They were both skating hard for position. Neither of them were involved in the play as they were both trying to get into the rush, Straka trying to defend a potential odd-man rush. I just don't see that as a penalty. On the flip-side, Jagr trying to set that pick behind the net for Dubinsky in the 2nd period could have been called for interference.
All I know is that it's going to be a LONG series. Let's go Rangers!! haha

Here we go again, Bettman loves the Penguins, he fixes the games blah blah blah blah! You sound like a damn Senator fan. As Pens fans we should be happy about the crying, it means that we've finally become a power again. We are now one of the teams that people love or hate, and when they win it's always a conspiracy theory. Yankees, Red Sox, Bulls of the 90's, Patriots....... and now introducing the Pens, every ref's favorite team! COME ON! WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
