	Anyone else annoyed by the safecount.net ad or any ad that starts from the left of your screen and slowly moves to the right? It screws up my computer sometimes, when I'm replying to a post or editing settings in my account, ect. It always is in the way...

	Is that what the piece of crap is that moves across my screen..... I treat that just like I do when I see commercials on TV ......... I just block 'em OUT..!! I didn't even know what that junk was .... ALL I KNOW IS I HATE JUNK LIKE THAT . . . . And if it keeps up..... I will add it to my FIREFOX AD BLOCKER........ then I know I won't see it anymore...!!!

	I agree with you. My computer at work blocks those annoying ads, but the one you mentioned pops up on my home computer every time I change pages. I have even gotten so annoyed that I have left cbssportsline for awhile just so I won't be bothered. The worst part is that they often interupt whatever I may be typing at the moment. I'll never use a product advertised in such an invasive fashion, just on principle.

	Thank God I stumbled upon this thread, I honestly thought I was the only person extremely annoyed by these sliding pop-ups. CBS should feel guilty for allowing their desire for a few more dollars to seriously impact the way that users navigate their site. Why would CBS allow something so annoying to continue unless they are getting paid handsomely for allowing some moronic company to advertise in a reckless manner. I am giving you all 5 stars.

I haven't tried to block them yet, but seeing your response sparks my interest. I guess I'd better address this sooner than later. Maybe by the time I get around to it, the ad may be terminated, but at least I'll have the experience ready for the next time. If I'm successful, I'll post the procedure. ..dgm . .

	I say we call a boycott of all products that use annoying ads. This includes McDonalds, Snickers and Coors. I just don't like Coors. I'm a Miller man. But, for Gods sake, you don't have to sell beer. Beer sells itself.

I have been asking on the autoboard if I was the only one that has that issue and nobody said anything, so I just made the assumption (or maybe they didn't want to talk to me). I don't seem to have a problem with the other ads, at this time, but that one got me so I wouldn't even come here for awhile. Thankfully it's not fantasy football season. you don't have to sell beer. Beer sells itself. Although I do not partake anymore I will agree 100% with the above statement!...bluejay
