David Stern is a joke look at his dress code and how the players have figured out ways around it and openly mock him to his face and he just sits there and takes it. The NBA is garbage, I remember when I used to get excited to watch games, I havent watched one playoff game yet its worthless. Even Jordan said Stern has ruined the system in ESPN the magazine. What a waste.
Same here 51.. Someone asked me yesterday when the playoffs start and my reply was I only watch the Sonics now.. I could care less about the rest of the NBA now... Sterns done a wonderful job..
I gave up on basketball a long time ago. Between the firing of George Karl and the strike I lost all interest. The NBA is a joke. If you asked me who I rooted for I'd tell you the Sonics, but all this OKC stuff just reminds me of the crapfest the NBA has become. Sonics or not the NBA will never get a penny out of me.

Tacoma yea all the bad moves be previous Sonics management did me in as well. The trade for a broken down Patrick Ewing, the Shawn Kemp disaster for Vin Baker, those hedious mid and late 90's uniforms, firing of George Karl who got more out of teams than anybody, and the icing on the poo-fest cake was letting Nate McMillian walk to the Blazers. What a bum team. That said I still watched them and was glad to see Rashard Lewis leave and Im glad Ray Allen finally gets a chance to win games. Now to finally get excited again about the team only to see them move sucks.
I dont think the NFL well go this way. Goodell is a smart guy and the owners seem to know more of what they are doing. Plus the NFL conduct policy actually works.
If you're lawyers are "laughing" at these lawsuits, then it speaks volumes toward the educational system in OKC idiot. The Shultz lawsuit may be for PR reasons, we'll see. But, there's a 90% chance Seattle would win the lawsuit on the lease term if there's not some sort of buy-out between now and June.

the lawyers a laughing a what lawsuit? the one Seattle has against the Sonics which has held up in court over 90% of the time? or the Schultz case that in any business outside of professional sports has ruled in the favor of the seller when someone buys a team based on fraud, the city case is almost a slam dunk, which means Bennett just wasted 30 million dollars to the owners and in 2 years he will have to do it again when he has to reapply for relocation, but it is true if the lawyers in OKC are laughing at the lawsuits then it shows the education of at least the law schools, they are laughing so much they have asked if certain people are not allowed to testify, seriously their lawyers are scared of a sports talk show host testifying so I'm pretty sure they are not laughing as you proclaim, but for all the Sonic fans talking about giving up on the NBA and the NBA is garbage, wow you have no right to even try to bash an OKC fan cause you are basically proving their case that there is no value of basketball in Seattle..so you just look like idiots if you bash OKC fans who want a basketball when you obviously dont care about your team, outside of the principle of them being in Seattle
