Okay, I will post the question, and you guys answer in detail. Everyone will vote based on how good your answers are. No one vote until the members have given their answers. If one hasn't posted their answer.

Question:

How important has your bench been in your team's success this year and how important will it be in the playoffs?

In all honesty I believe the Magic bench has not been a huge factor in the team success this year and that might be there overall weakness. Sure players have stepped up and scored good points like Reddick did the other day when given the minutes but In all honesty overall the bench has not done much.

Bogan and Dooling are the only true bench players that have put up any decent numbers and have played almost every game and that only because they are splitting time with Evans. The rest of the Bench in my opinion has just been non existent averaging less then 5 points a game. I see much of the same during the playoff and just see the bench playing a few minutes here and there to give the starters a a rest except in the SG position were I see Evans, Bogan and Dooling splitting time still. As a Magic Fan I do hope in the seasons to come the coaching staff brings the bench up to speed and they can play an integral part in this team’s success

The Raptor's bench hasn't been that effective this year, and for one reason. No Chemistry.  The players are changing roles a lot, so they dont have that much chemistry. They don't really have their leaders off the bench that other teams such as the Spurs do in Manu Ginobli.  Also the roles that each person has isn't as clear this year.  With the injuries to T.J. Ford earlier, they didnt really have a good back up Point Guard, with Chalderon gone, so people like Jason Kapano couldnt get good shots from the Point Guard.
